Youth Delphic Games Russia are held by the National Delphic Council of Russia, starting from the IV games also under the patronage of International Delphic Committee. The Youth Delphic Games of Russia appeared in 1999 and were held every 2 years, and since 2005 - annually. They are held every time in different cities of the country. The name "Youth Delphic Games of Russia" was established only from the III games, the I games were called "Russian Youth Delphic Games", II - "All-Russian Youth Delphic Games".
Format
Delphic Games are complex competitions among artists of a high level of skill.
The Games are a large event (more than 2000 participants), taking place over 6-7 days. The Games consist of: official opening ceremony, competition and festival programs, international conference, delegation day, official closing ceremony and gala concert of the winners.
Both collectives and solo performers who have passed the selection at the regional level and formed into national teams participate in the Games subjects of the federation.

Games are held in different cities. For competitions in various nominations, the best cultural objects are provided (conservatories, concert halls, theaters, etc.) - all nominations are held at separate venues, sometimes simultaneously.
As part of the Delphic Games, competitions were worked out in 48 nominations: alto, piano, violin, accordion/accordion, balalaika, cello, horn, trumpet, clarinet, domra, saxophone, percussion instruments, academic singing, solo folk singing, ensemble folk singing, pop singing, art song, folklore ensembles, classical dance, modern dance, folk dance, theater, jazz, artistic reading, pantomime, circus art, DJ, photography, visual arts, graffiti, web design, television journalism, parenting art, television, animation, short feature film, sculpture, architecture, landscape design, culinary arts, fashion design, hairdressing, floristry, social advertising, preservation of folk arts and crafts, folk instruments, electronic keyboard instrument.
The jury, formed in each discipline, includes prominent figures of culture and art, about 100-150 people.
The jury determines the winners and prize-winners in the nominations of the competitive and festival programs of the Games, which are awarded at official ceremonies with medals and diplomas with the symbols of the Games.
The organization and holding of the Games is carried out jointly by the Delphic organization of the host, state and municipal authorities with the support of interested organizations. The games are held under the patronage of the International Delphic Committee. The management of the preparation and holding of the Games is carried out by the Organizing Committee and the Directorate.
I (1999, Saratov)
From 17 to 21 November 1999 in Saratov the I Russian Youth Delphic Games were held, in which more than 2400 Delphians from 77 regions of the Russian Federation took part. The competitive and festival program of the Games included 24 nominations. Nominations such as literary translation and web design were introduced.
National Delphic Council of Russia[2] together with the Ministries of Culture and Education of the Russian Federation, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, State Youth Committee and the State Russian House of Folk Art carried out work on organizing an art forum. The Games were noted by the President of the Russian Federation, as well as by a number of prominent political figures of Russia, and were included in the Plan of the main events of the Russian Organizing Committee for the preparation for the meeting of the third millennium as an integral part of the Program “Youth of Russia — a step into the XXI century ".

Anniversary V Youth Delphic Games of Russia “Together is better!” took place from 19 to 24 May 2006 at Krasnoyarsk. The games were dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the formation of the Commonwealth of Independent States and were held in connection with the announcement of the 2006 year by the Council of the Heads of State of the CIS as the Year of the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the creation of UNESCO. The competition was attended by 1882 Delphians aged 10 to 25 years (average age 18), formed into teams from 59 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Fifth Youth Delphic Games of Russia "Together is better!" were held under the patronage of the International Delphic Committee. The competitive and festival programs of the Games consisted of 24 nominations, among them three that had not been held before: author's song, social advertising, preservation of folk art crafts.

X Youth Delphic Games of Russia "Art, Youth, Talent" were held from May 13 to 18, 2011 at Tver. The games were dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the CIS and volunteering. More than 2,000 people took part]who competed in 26 categories. The organization and the Games were carried out jointly by the National Delphic Council of Russia, the Administration of the Tver Region, Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation, Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation The Games were held under the patronage of the International Delphic Committee and under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.
The games received a greeting from the President of the Russian Federation D. A. Medvedeva. By tradition, the participants of the games were congratulated live by the crew members ISS[33].

XI Youth Delphic Games of Russia were held from April 29 to May 3, 2012 at Moscow. The Games were held under the patronage of the IBC and under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO. According to the regulation, the main themes of the events of the Games are “Art against drugs!” and “2012 is the year of Russian history.” Games were held in 23 competitive and 3 festival nominations.
The organization and holding of the Games was carried out by the National Delphic Council of Russia with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, the State Russian House of Folk Art. XII Youth Delphic Games of Russia took place in Novosibirsk from May 16 to May 21, 2013. Within the framework of the Cultural project "Delphic Novosibirsk — 2013", the Youth Delphic Games of Russia and the Eighth Open Youth Delphic Games of the CIS member states were held in parallel for the first time. The Games were held under the patronage of the International Delphic Committee and under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO[.
The Games were attended by 2193 Delphians aged 10 to 25 from 80 subjects of the Russian Federation, the competitions were held in 28 nominations of classical, folk and modern art. The nomination folklore ensembles, included in the program of the Games, was held for the first time.
From among the winners of the Delphic Games of Russia, a team was formed, which represented Russia at the Games of the CIS member states, held in Novosibirsk at the same time.

More than 1,700 young artists from 71 regions of the Russian Federation, aged 10 to 25, took part in the Russian Games. From among the winners of the Fourteenth Youth Delphic Games of Russia, a team was formed to represent Russia at the jubilee Tenth Games of the CIS member states, held in Orel at the same time.

XV (2016, Tyumen)
From April 22 to April 27, 2016, the Fifteenth Youth Delphic Games of Russia were held in the Tyumen region. 1806 people from 68 subjects of Russia participated in 29 nominations in folk, classical and modern arts[61].
According to the results of a preliminary survey conducted by the Center for Monitoring Social Processes, more than 300 thousand residents of the Tyumen region knew about the upcoming Fifteenth Youth Delphic Games of Russia before they opened[62].
The President of the Russian Federation sent greetings to the Games V. V. Putin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation D. A. Medvedev[63][64][65].
Among the foreign guests at the Games were the chairman of IOVAustria H. Holz, the observer of the International Delphic Committee in Austria and Slovakia, the chairman of the international jury of the Delphic Games in the nomination "Pop singing" J. Ivashka, the observer of the International Delphic Committee in Slovakia, the chairman of the Union of Photographers of Slovakia L. Within the framework of the Fifteenth Anniversary Youth Delphic Games of Russia, the Eleventh International Conference was held. During the conference, issues of intercultural dialogue and international cooperation, youth interaction in modern culture, prospects for the development of the Delphic Games, sociocultural technologies for the development of territories were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the creation of an annals of the Delphic Games and their popularization at the regional and municipal levels.
Within the framework of the Games, an Internet broadcast was organized from all sites on the Internet television DELFIK.TV[70], at the same time, the Opening and Closing ceremonies could be watched live on the Odnoklassniki social network.
In memory of the Youth Delphic Games held in Tyumen, the Delphic Rowan Alley was planted, and the contestants staged a grandiose flash mob in the city center, within which a group photo of the participants was taken[71].

The volunteer corps of the Games amounted to more than 500 people. Prior to the event, all of them were selected, and as a result, specialized training took place in all areas.

During the Games in the Rostov region, 64 sets of awards were played.
