In 2019 The conference took place in an unusual format.

In May, at the invitation of the German side, a delegation of the Council for Sustainable Prosperous Development of the Pushkinsky District of St. Petersburg visited the GRINSITY festivals in Munich.

In October, a German delegation arrived at a similar festival, which was organized by the Soviet in Pushkin and Gatchina. And already within the framework of this festival, the 7th scientific and practical conference on sustainable development of the Pushkin region with the same name "GRINSITY" was held

Within the framework of the festival, master classes were organized on separate waste collection, on the implementation of the ECOSANACLUB concept, reasonable consumption and collective use of things, performances by various creative teams.
